At MY Frame Designs, we’re committed to making your experience smooth, enjoyable, and worry-free. Every piece is carefully crafted with attention to detail to ensure you receive exactly what you expect.

1. Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are made to order and may be customized specifically for you, we do not offer returns or refunds for orders that are delivered in perfect condition and according to the confirmed order details.

To give you full confidence before delivery, we may share real photos of your frame or décor item before shipping so you can review the final result and make sure everything looks exactly as expected.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us immediately upon delivery and share clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, if available, or a refund where applicable.

3. How to Request Support

To report an issue, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos, if applicable

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps as quickly as possible.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be arranged directly with you using the appropriate method determined by our customer support team.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund process to be completed after approval.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before printing or production begins.
Once the order has already been printed, customized, or prepared, cancellation is no longer possible.

6. Payment Method

At the moment, Cash on Delivery is the only payment method available.
We do not currently support online payments or card payments through the website.

7. Shipping Information

  • Shipping within 7 to 10 business days
  • Free shipping on orders above 2,750 EGP

8. Warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
