MY Frame Designs offers home décor products including frames, wall stickers, and related customized items. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Product Information
We do our best to present all products as accurately as possible, including colors, sizes, and design details. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, materials, or handmade production variations.
3. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are customized or made to order. Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted details carefully before confirming the order, including names, text, dimensions, colors, and uploaded files.
Once production or printing begins, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
4. Order Approval
For selected products, we may share final preview photos before shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and confirm the design when requested.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the website are shown in EGP unless stated otherwise.
At this time, Cash on Delivery is the only payment method available.
We do not currently support online payment methods through the website.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on location or courier service.
Free shipping is available on orders above 2,750 EGP.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Because many of our products are made to order, returns or refunds are not accepted for products delivered in perfect condition and according to the confirmed order.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
8. Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, images, branding, and materials are the property of MY Frame Designs unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
10. Customer Conduct
Customers agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, or use the platform for unlawful or abusive purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping providers, incorrect customer information, or events beyond our reasonable control.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and become effective once published.
